Return Policy
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns. The only exceptions are if you receive the wrong product or if your order arrives damaged. In those cases, we will gladly make it right.
If your order qualifies for replacement:

Note: Items approved for return must be packaged in the same manner as received. If your order arrived with a frozen ice pack and insulated wrapper, please re-freeze the ice pack and return the item inside the insulated wrapper. This ensures the product is in the same condition as when it was shipped.
