 Our service begins from the moment you place your order. We pack your order to arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging and shipping practices protect your order, even during the warmest weather. 

Delivery Dates

Please note that delivery date options provided are estimates only. We will ship your order to arrive as close to your estimated delivery date as possible. Unfortunately, due too  circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. No Signature Required

All orders are shipped “no signature required ” which means the package will be left at the shipping address, which may mean simply left on a residential doorstep. We are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen or melted after the delivery is completed. 

Gabriella Chocolates & Confections is not responsible for any orders returned due to a refusal of delivery or invalid/incorrect address or non-adherence to our shipping policies. We cannot sell an item once it has been returned.

WARM WEATHER PACKAGING:

We add ice bricks and insulated shipping container when necessary to ensure a safe (un-melted) arrival of chocolates at no additional cost. Be sure someone is available to receive package during warm or hot weather season.

We take as much care in shipping your Gabriella Chocolates & Confections order, as we do in making our delicious confections. We ship USPS - Priority mail (2-3 days), USPS - (EXPRESS MAIL 1-2 days), FedEx and offer overnight, 2nd day, and home delivery (up to 5 business days) shipping. We will do are best to have your order delivered on date selected, If you order must be delivered on a guaranteed date, please select FedEx overnight or 2nd day.  Because temperatures vary across the country, we may choose not to ship over the weekend in order to ensure premium quality upon arrival. For this reason, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries.

  • USPS Priority Shipping will arrive within 2-3 business days. See USPS Shipping Map. 

  • USPS Priority - If you place your order before 1 PM EST on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, Thursday your order will ship the same day.  If you place your order after 1 PM EST, your order will ship the next possible business day.

  • FedEx Home delivery up to 5 business days.  See FedEx Shipping Map

  • FedEx 2 Day - If you place your order before 1 PM EST on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, your order will ship the same day that it is received to arrive within 2 business days. Saturday is not considered a business day. If you place your order after 1 PM EST, your order will ship the next possible business day. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Wednesday may ship out the following Monday for arrival on the following Wednesday.

  • FedEx Next Day - If you place your order before 1 PM EST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, your order will be shipped the same day for arrival the next day. If you place your order after 1 PM EST, your order will ship the next possible business day. Orders placed after 1pm EST on Thursday will ship out the following Monday for arrival on Tuesday.

  • NOTE: Due to the perishability of our products, we do not ship over the weekends for arrival on Mondays..
