We start by making Sweet Fluffy Vanilla Bean Marshmallow from scratch using egg whites.
Then add a layer of freshly made habanero mango jelly, using fresh mango's and habanero peppers. To complete our creation, we then run them through a waterfall of 60% Dark Chocolate, not just once, but two times and a sprinkle of habanero infused sea salt!
