Quality ingredients and premium chocolate make the difference, creating a deliciously diverse chocolate experience. Our chocolate is blended using real cocoa butter; not vegetable shortening, as others often do. Real chocolate melts easily on the warmth of your tongue, unlike vegetable shortening-based chocolates. Another noticable difference is how smooth the chocolate feels in your mouth. This is due to the extensive process of grinding down the chocolate, called conching. Even our white chocolate is made with real cocoa butter, milk solids and vanilla for a delicate, creamy taste. All of our chocolate is imported from Belgium and Germany. We take care to use only the finest quality all-natural ingredients for our creations. From pure cane sugar and rich creamery butter to the freshly roasted espresso produced by a local artisan roaster. Our Italian Buttercream is made from scratch in the traditional European way, right down to the natural ground Vanilla Beans. Additionally, we only use Natural Oils and Extracts to flavor our confections. Our products are made without any preservatives. So be sure to follow the special instructions included in your order, once it arrives.
What is it?
Cocoa Nibs- Crunchy, pieces of crushed roasted cocoa beans.
